What is the difference between Launch free plan and Accerelate free trial?

Accelerate free trial is 7 days period when you can use Closer features without limits and without paying. On the other hand, Launch free plan is always free plan with features limitations.

Can I have more users on my free plan or during my free trial?

Yes, you can invite team members to join your Closer trial or free account. During registration process you can invite team members, also you can invitie new team members after logging into Closer from settings tab.

Does prices change with large traffic volume or with large contact database?

No, in all plans you have unlimited contact database and prices doesn't change with traffic volume.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made using Stripe. Only for enterprise plan customers we allow bank transfer payments.

Is VAT included in plan prices?

Please note that our prices are VAT exclusive. VAT will be billed to EU customers in line with the applicable rates of their member state unless a valid VAT number is provided.

What are live chat limitations for Launch free plan?

Live chat text messages and number of contacts your team is speaking with are unlimited.

What are the limitations during Accerelate free trial?

Signing up for Accrerelate free trial you don't have any limitations in using Closer for 7 days for free. After 7 days you will be charged for the next one month of using Closer, but you can always downgrade your plan to Launch, which is free, but have limitations on it's features.
